The HCF (Human Cloning Fascility) long ago established itself as the premier organization for providing high quality non-rejective replacement organs and limbs for injured military personnel and transplant recipients. However, during the early decades of the 21st century they decided to take the process one step farther to the cloning of entire human forms. These replacement bodies, coupled with new breakthroughs in brain wave transmission, were meant to give near immortality to those who could afford the expensive procedure. When your old body wore out, your thoughts, memories, and personality could be transferred into a genetically identical vessel that had been grown to your exacting specifications. The clones were said to be mentally inert, effectively brain dead, until the point of intellectual transfer. At least that is what was meant to be the case. It is thought that a contaminated batch of suspension fluid was the beginnings of the end for the HCF. The clone now known as patient zero began to show signs of awareness. Minute levels of brain activity began to register on neural scans. The Clone also began to show signs of unchecked growth beyond that of normal specifications. Additional monitoring equipment was installed in the speciman and it was slated to be moved to a high security facility within the HCF compound. An ill timed protest by an organization calling themselves the "Guardians of the Soul", an anti-cloning domestic terrorist group, resulted in a temporary loss of power to the HCF facility where where P0 was being held. As internal surveillance was disrupted it is still not clear how P0 escaped, but when order was restored the death toll within the complex was over two dozen, and there was no sign of the clone. HCF scientists are currently working on mapping genetic material found at the scene of the event and examining the bodies of those who were killed in search of possible source of viral contamination that could threaten the general populace.
Patient Zero, First of the Tank Born.
This figure is made from a Thor Movie Frost Giant. I didn't want to remove all of the giants armor bits so I did some trimming and sculpted some additional pieces. They became the medical interface points for the tank grown clone. I figured that a full genetic clone would need to have a lot of monitoring equipment and waste removal systems.
