Muton are like WMD's. Here's the filcard blurb -

So I'd say for the original Shads, Mutons were there top weapon. I would guess there's not many of them as they'd be so expensive.



The only canon Shads who were cyborgs are Red Jackal with his head and hands, and (by popular belief) Skeletron, who has a human brain in a terminator type body.

The only head in a jar type character I can think of is Prof. Dr. Herman Von Klempt from Hellboy.

Aside from looking he same, they're completely different. Jackal is a hand to hand expert and driver.
