Something occurred to me that the entrants themselves don't really need to look lke Shads. As the tournament takes place before the entrants would join the Shads, they wouldn't have their "Red" code names or uniforms yet. So basically, even if the guys were Joes or Cobras, they could still be entered, as long as the bio is strong enough to support it. Obviously some form of customising is required. i.e. - A Joe found out that Duke had been sexing his wife so he wants revenge, or CC promoted someone in front of someone else etc. So even using Joe/ Cobra codenames would work initially, as they get changed afterwards.  |

Thinking of rewriting my concept a little. How do you feel about the descendants of original Reds trying to fill their ancestors shoes and take their name?

Might be a bit of a problem with the name, character overlap, mate. Just cause there are so few of the original lot and they're all still in service as far as the dio goes.
Might be better to have the character as one who is trying to take an original's spot rather than be a descendant.
