I made this figure for ViperDave. He challenged me to create a custom of him as a character in an established Verse. I received a Crysis 2 Nano Suit fig as a gift and as soon as I saw it I knew it would make a perfect Still Suit.

I am a huge fan of the dune novels, so it was a lot of fun to create a Fremen figure. I took a little liberty with his desert gear. I gave him night vision oil lens goggles and a full facemask. Storywise they are captured from a sardukar.

The Hooded head is a combination of an SDS cast and one of my Darth sidious hood casts.
The Maula Pistol is cast from a starwars set I think.
The Unmasked head is one of my Viper Dave heads.
The Crysknife is ground down from a small shard of plexiglass.

Creating an entirely monochrome brown figure was a fun challenge. This is also the first time I have used weathering powders. They gave it a nice dry appearance. I am really happy with how this turned out. I hope Dave is as happy with him as I am.

That's a great looking figure. The base is perfect for Dune customs.
