So I got dragged to this the other day. It was o.k. Mislabelled though. I thought it was supposed to be a comedy. It has jokes in it, but it's far from a comedy. I actually don't know what type of film it's supposed to be - it was very disjointed at times. It was o.k. though, nothing really original, but still fun. I think Depp is just trying to add another character string to his bow as they'll definitely make a sequel. I thought the way they portratyed the 15 year old chick was kinda sick. They made here like a total hooker yet kept reminding folk she was 15. Not sure what they were going for there but I didn't like it. Michelle Pfieffer still looked hot, as did the bird who nicked James Bond's money in Casino Royale. Her tits are amazing. 
So, some fun parts, but nothing too adventurous. The best bits and jokes are all in the trailers.

As a fan of the original and the first time they remade the series I am very leery of going to see this farce.
