Just read this -

"Marvel has been disputing the tariffs that it has to pay on it's action figures imported from other countries. For several decades now "dolls" have had a higher tariff of 12% compared to just 6% for "other toys". Hasbro has been fighting this since the 1980's saying that GI Joes are traditional TOY soldiers and not dolls. Marvel has been fighting it for a little while now too - but separately. Recently the Supreme Court decided in favor or Marvel stating that action figures were not dolls since the definition of dolls included "miniature representations of people" and many action figures have decidedly non-human (therefor non-"people"?) features such as claws, tails, etc.

This means that the tariffs on action figures will be about half what they have been for the last few decades. You would think that this would reduce the price of action figures. However, I really doubt we'll see any difference "at the pump" so to speak. This ruling was within the last week or so. So any difference will likely take a while, but frankly I don't think they will be passing on those savings to the consumer. If anything, it just means that Hasbro, which makes Marvel's action figures now, will be making a higher profit along side their judicial champion and major client. If anything, they won't really expect consumers to even know about this ruling so they can pocket whatever difference it makes. "

And they still jack the prices and cut articulation/ accessories. >:(
